Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone and digital channels to provide information on financial products and services Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and specialized banking software Promote financial products through consultative sales techniques, ensuring clients understand their options and benefits Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activities in accordance with fraud prevention protocols Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation Communicate complex banking regulations clearly to clients to ensure full understanding of financial compliance standards Support call center operations by handling high volumes of client calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service Qualifications Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or insurance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry and reporting purposes Knowledge of industry regulations related to financial services, insurance compliance, and fraud detection is advantageous Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to strict security protocols Excellent tracking skills for efficient follow ups This role is
