Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join our dynamic team. Our company has several business partners in the finance business service industry that need us to help families learn about them. We work flexible hours and meet weekly remote and in person. Duties Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Conduct outbound calling Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction. Utilize zoom with high speed internet when necessary. Must be willing to do in person appointments. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Must be willing to obtain licenses and training. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and or hospitality. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficient computer skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment. Must pass background check. 18 years and older. Must be willing to become licensed. Must be will to be paid by commission.

Projected Total Compensation:

$250.00 - $1,500.00 per month
