The Verizon Representative position is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to build a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications. As a Verizon Representative, you will help new customers complete the final steps of signing up for Verizon wireless services. You'll guide customers through plan selection, enrollment, and device activation while ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience from start to finish. No prior Verizon Representative experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
