We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Enrollment Representative to join our team and help customers find wireless and home connectivity solutions that fit their needs. In partnership with Verizon, we connect customers with products and services designed to keep them connected at home, at work, and on the go. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll work directly with customers to learn about what they're looking for, answer questions, explain available options, and help them complete the enrollment process. You'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while developing valuable experience in sales, communication, and customer engagement. Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend Verizon wireless, internet, and connected device solutions Explain the features and benefits of Verizon smartphones, devices, accessories, and service plans Help customers with new account enrollments, activations, sales upgrades, and device setup Answer questions about plans, pricing, sales promotions, unlimited data options, home internet, hotspot features, and other available services Help customers compare options and choose products or services that make sense for their individual needs Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience throughout each interaction Build positive relationships with customers and create a strong overall brand experience Attend weekly Customer Enrollment Representative meetings to stay up to date on the latest Verizon technologies Keep customer information accurate and support daily sales and customer acquisition goals Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required Previous experience as a Customer Enrollment Representative is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with different types of customers and learning about their needs Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn Motivated to develop professionally and contribute to a team environment If you enjoy working with people, learning new products, and helping customers find sales solutions that work for them, we'd love to hear from you.
