SUMMARY The position of Financial Services Representative is responsible for processing all new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank's products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for a wide variety of banking functions, primarily lobby functions. Daily handling and maintenance of cash drawer Open and close deposit accounts including online banking set up and ATM/Debit card creation Open and close safe deposit box accounts Process collection items, travelers' cheques, wire requests and check orders Various direct client service support Work closely with other members of the Private Banking and Wealth Management teams on various client related services and support Provide backup, as necessary, in other areas of bank operations: wire support, audit support

Skill Set and Experience Requirements:

3+ years of banking experience preferred Working knowledge of FISERV preferred Strong client service and communication skills Familiarity and understanding of applicable banking laws Experience using banking software and other general windows-based software Desire to work in a rapidly growing business with an extremely high degree of customer service expectations Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
