In this Entry Level Verizon Representative role, you connect with our customers through genuine, in-person enrollment dialogue, presenting fiber internet as the refreshingly straightforward solution it was always meant to be. Core Functions of the Entry Level Verizon Representative Interact with customers in person to present Fios as the smart choice for internet service, emphasizing speed, reliability, and future-proof technology. Identify customers' pain points with their current internet service in person, and explain how Verizon Fios resolves these issues with fiber-optic precision. The Entry Level Verizon Representativewill explain the benefits of Verizon in simple terms, such as faster uploads, seamless video calls, and no more buffering during peak hours. Provide customer support recommendations to ensure customers choose the Verizon Fios plan that best suits their household's needs. The Entry Level Verizon Representativeconverts interest into enrollment by guiding customers through the decision-making process, highlighting the long-term value of Verizon Fios. Follow up with customers after installation to confirm their satisfaction and address any questions about their new Verizon Fios service.
