full-time AML Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented AML Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in Woodbridge, NJ . This role requires candidates to work onsite 3 days per week , with the remaining days remote. The ideal candidate will have experience in anti-money laundering compliance, transaction monitoring, and investigative review, along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Review and investigate suspicious activity alerts and transactions Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews Analyze financial activity to identify unusual patterns and potential risks Prepare clear, accurate, and timely case documentation and reports Support SAR preparation and regulatory compliance efforts Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to AML policies and procedures Assist with ongoing monitoring, risk assessments, and compliance testing Stay current on AML regulations, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or compliance experience Strong analytical, research, and investigative skills Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and compliance standards Experience with AML monitoring systems and case management tools preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Work Environment Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite in Woodbridge Collaborative team setting with opportunities for professional growth
