Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual as our Digital Banking Support Specialist with a focus on commercial customer onboarding of cash management/treasury management services.

Skill Requirements:

2+ years of banking knowledge Understanding of commercial accounts Ability to work independently Critical thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution Adaptability and willingness to learn new products Basic understanding of cybersecurity and fraud prevention Strong follow-up and issue ownership Initiative and accountability Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans
