Job Posting External

Job Duties Review and correct all warranty claims generated through technicians to prepare for submission to vendors.

Process all Crown warranty claims and claims for any other manufacturer represented by Crown.

Review monthly A/R reports on all vendor warranty accounts.

Process all warranty claim paperwork and track claims from the time they are submitted to the time they are paid or rejected.

Maintain files on warranty claims.

Tracking rejected warranties and notifying Service Manager about rejected warranties.

Prepare monthly list of warranties not paid and determine disposition.

Resubmit warranty claims as needed.

Maintaining, shipping and tracking warranty parts to vendors or scraping as needed.

Determine disposition of warranty parts returned from vendor as a result of a rejected claim.

Assist other parts personnel as required such as receiving parts and answering phones. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience

High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Parts or inventory control experience and lift truck industry experience preferred

Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills

Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $25.00 to $28.00, but is commensurate with skills and related experience,
