Allen Park, Michigan (Onsite) Role OverviewMember Services Representatives help people understand and navigate health insurance reimbursement claims when they need support. We are looking for empathetic, solution-oriented professionals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering service. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
