Claim Support Analyst - US Healthcare We are looking for a detail-oriented US Healthcare Claim Support Analyst to manage medical insurance claims and support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. ???? Key Responsibilities

Review, process, and track medical insurance claims.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits.
Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments.
Identify and resolve denied, rejected, and pending claims .
Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice) .
Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and insurance representatives to resolve claim-related issues.
Ensure accurate and timely claim submission within defined TATs .
Maintain proper documentation and update claim status in the system.
Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets .
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, client SOPs, and industry standards .
