Fully Remote Customer Service Representative We are looking for a dedicated Retirement Representative to help support service delivery by leveraging a solid understanding of company products, processes, and conducting basic analysis. This role involves assisting retirement plan participants with inquiries, providing education, and resolving problems. The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision and may offer guidance to entry-level associates. Key Responsibilities of the

Bilingual Retirement Representative:

Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Educate retirement plan participants on distribution, rollover, and consolidation options, and assist throughout these processes. Help participants access their accounts online and resolve account-related issues. Provide support in using online tools for enrollment, transfers, loans, and withdrawals. Investigate and resolve participant issues, offering clear, written instructions to all involved parties. Qualifications of the

Bilingual Retirement Representative:
