We are a Christian dental practice committed to serving our patients with compassion, honesty, integrity, and excellence. Responsibilities Verify patient insurance and benefits Enter and maintain accurate insurance information in Curve Hero Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations Ensure claims have necessary X-rays, narratives, and attachments Correct rejected and problem claims Review EOBs Track outstanding and aging claims Follow up with insurance companies Correct and resubmit claims when needed Follow claims through to paid, denied, or resolved Communicate insurance information with the dental team Qualifications Strongly preferred: experience working with insurance OR in a dental office.
