•State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated, competitive, and results-driven Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative to join her team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working toward measurable sales goals. An active insurance license is required. Previous State Farm experience is a plus! What You'll Do Generate new business through outbound calls, leads, referrals, and consistent follow-up. Quote and sell insurance products based on customer needs. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Consistently follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities. Cross-sell appropriate products to help customers protect what matters most. Meet and exceed established monthly sales and activity goals. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer documentation. Follow all agency and insurance compliance requirements. What We're Looking For Active insurance license

REQUIRED.

Previous State Farm experience is a plus. Proven sales experience preferred. Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident asking for the sale and overcoming objections. Consistent follow-up and strong organizational skills. Coachable, accountable, and able to work independently.
