Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering personalized insurance solutions across health, life, property casualty, and commercial lines. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, benefits administration documentation, and client communication records. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products that align with their financial goals. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and new insurance products to advise clients effectively. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual or multilingual settings preferred. Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA for health-related policies. Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective client communication and personalized service. Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
