COMMERCIAL LINES CSR

Walker Insurance Associates is looking for the right person to join our team as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). This position will play an important role in servicing our existing commercial clients while also helping our agents obtain and market new commercial business.

Responsibilities will include:

Quoting commercial policy renewals with our available carriers Gathering information and obtaining quotes for new commercial accounts Communicating with insurance company underwriters throughout the quoting and renewal process Learning and staying current on each carrier's appetite, underwriting guidelines, and available products Reviewing policies, quotes, applications, endorsements, and other commercial insurance documents for accuracy Processing policy changes, certificates, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests Following up with carriers, customers, and agents to keep accounts moving forward Tracking renewal and new-business deadlines and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Helping identify the best carrier and coverage options for each commercial account Providing professional, responsive service to our commercial customers Maintaining accurate documentation and account information within our agency management system The person we're looking for is: Outgoing and energetic, but extremely attentive to detail. You need to be comfortable handling multiple accounts and priorities at the same time, communicating professionally with customers and underwriters, working under deadlines, and staying organized even when things get busy. Commercial insurance involves a lot of moving pieces, so we need someone who is a problem solver, self-motivated, dependable, organized, and willing to learn. Insurance experience is a plus, particularly commercial lines experience, but we are also interested in the right person with the right work ethic, personality, and ability to learn. $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
