Role DescriptionThis is a full time, hybrid role for a Personal and Commercial Lines Producer based in Gilbert, AZ.The Producer will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of service across both personal and commercial lines.

Key responsibilities include:
