Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance Handle inbound + outbound insurance sales leads Provide quotes and coverage recommendations Build and grow a personal book of business Meet monthly sales production goals Work within Farmers compliance guidelines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong sales background (insurance preferred) Experience with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive is a plus Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset Comfortable in a commission-based sales environment #SMA
