As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will help grow a local Allstate Insurance Agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the client's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships by providing trusted advice. No experience is necessary, but it is a plus.

Here is the ideal candidate:

• Being bilingual with Spanish fluency is a HUGE plus
• Strong interest in a sales career
• sales experience is preferred
• Willing to obtain the necessary Property & Casualty Insurance license to sell insurance upon hiring
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Committed to multi-tasking, following through, and following up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to learn and troubleshoot new software quickly and adapt to changing risk management policies of different carriers Responsibilities
• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing clients
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including community networking opportunities
• Help protect clients by recommending products that will meet their needs
• Educate prospective clients on how to protect their families and their assets
• Provide a consistently positive client experience

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
