Hourly Pay + Commission Seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional with sales or insurance experience . Must be comfortable prospecting by phone, following up with leads, and working independently. Responsibilities Make outbound prospecting calls and follow up with potential customers. Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and service requests. Identify customer needs and pursue sales opportunities. Prepare quotes and explain insurance options within licensing authority. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes. Review information carefully, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues. Adapt to changes in carrier pricing, requirements, and available insurance options. Manage daily priorities and support sales and customer retention goals. Qualifications Sales or insurance background required. Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred . Unlicensed applicants must have at least one year of office experience , including phone work and customer service. Comfortable making prospecting calls and handling objections professionally. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Able to work independently and follow through with minimal supervision.
