Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. Engage potential clients through outreach methods such as phone calls and text messaging to understand their insurance and tax service needs. Clearly explain policy options, helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. Assist clients with the underwriting process and ensure timely approval. Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and address additional needs. Participate in ongoing training focused on insurance and sales best practices. Conduct self-marketing efforts to grow client base. Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals. Service- and results-oriented approach to client interactions. Required to provide strong verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish Basic proficiency in computer applications and tools. Ability to meet sales targets through effective communication and strategy. Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License required within 3 weeks of hire. Sales experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$17-18 with commission opportunities.
