Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance. Educate clients on various insurance options such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance coverage. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance principles. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and customer management.
