Bilingual English/Spanish preferred We're looking for a motivated, competitive and coachable salesperson who wants more than just an hourly paycheck. This is a true sales role . You'll prospect, follow up with leads, quote insurance, ask for the sale, and turn conversations into customers. You'll also help take care of the customers you bring through the door. Newly licensed? That's okay. You don't need years of insurance experience. We care more about your drive, personality, willingness to learn, and desire to win.
