Job Description
We're looking for a hungry, driven salesperson who wants to build a career in insurance. If you're motivated by goals, willing to learn, and ready to put in the work, we want to hear from you. Insurance experience is welcome, but a license is not required to apply. We're willing to train the right person and help them through the licensing process. What you'll do:
- Connect with prospective customers and learn what coverage they need
- Follow up consistently and build lasting relationships
- Work toward sales goals and take ownership of your results
- Learn our products, systems, and sales process What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic and a genuine drive to succeed
- Confidence talking with people and asking for the sale
- Coachability, reliability, and follow-through
- Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and effort matter most If you're ready to learn, work hard, and grow with an insurance agency, apply and tell us what drives you.
