About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team in Sweetwater, FL. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position for a professional who is passionate about helping clients find the right health insurance coverage while building a successful career in the insurance industry. Educate clients about available plans, benefits, and coverage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Meet individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate client information and documentation in our CRM system. Follow all applicable insurance regulations and company compliance requirements. Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process. Requirements Active Health Insurance License is required. Previous experience in health insurance sales is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Professional, motivated, and reliable.
