Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Join Our Team! We are looking for a motivated, energetic Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our office in Flowery Branch, Georgia . This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys helping customers, selling insurance, and being an active part of a busy office. You'll work with both new and existing customers, answer incoming phone calls, provide quotes, service policies, and identify opportunities to write new business. This is a full-time, in-office position working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation This position offers:

Hourly base pay Commission on policies sold Commission paid twice per month Opportunity to increase your earnings through your sales performance What You'll Do Your day will include a combination of customer service, phone responsibilities, and insurance sales , including: Answer incoming office phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Assist existing customers with policy questions and service needs Quote and sell property and casualty insurance policies Follow up with leads and prospective customers Identify opportunities to write new policies for new and existing customers Explain coverage options, deductibles, and policy features Assist with policy changes and coverage reviews Take accurate messages and route calls when necessary Build and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain accurate customer and policy information Follow up promptly with customers and prospects Work toward individual and office sales goals Help keep the office running smoothly by working as part of the team What We're Looking For A current Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this position.
