What You'll Do Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance to new and existing clients Build your book across multiple product lines, not just one Cross-sell strategically — this role rewards it directly in your paycheck Work leads and referrals to grow your pipeline What We Need From You Sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related field Licensed (or willing to get licensed) in both Property & Casualty and Life — this role sells the full lineup, so both licenses are required (IL, IN, WI, OH) Self-motivated — we don't micromanage, we expect results Comfortable working toward monthly production targets The Money $2,500/month base , guaranteed Commission on every dollar of premium you write , on a tiered scale that goes up the more — and the smarter — you sell. Rates climb as you produce, with the top tiers rewarding agents who write life and commercial business, not just volume.
