Job Description
Wagley Agency Insurance Group is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with leads Generate new business and meet monthly sales goals Quote and explain insurance coverage to prospective customers Build strong relationships with clients Follow up consistently to close sales Provide excellent customer service Qualifications Current P&C license, or must be obtained within three months of hire Confident and professional phone skills Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Sales or customer service experience preferred We Offer Competitive base pay + commission/bonuses Growth and advancement opportunities Health insurance and 401K If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to build a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you!
