Insurance Sales/Service Agent:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries) Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
