Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal solutions. Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and processing policy applications efficiently. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive communication, excellent service, and benefits administration support. Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance products, and market trends to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to secure competitive quotes and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. Knowledge of commercial insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration is highly desirable.
