Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure optimal solutions for clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details Stay informed on industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to effectively advise clients Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to streamline client onboarding and policy issuance processes Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a focus on insurance products Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales administration tools Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions based on detailed assessment Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Understanding of insurance regulation compliance and benefits administration processes Demonstrated ability to perform client communication confidently across diverse audiences Join us as a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer if you're passionate about helping clients protect what matters most!
