Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in East Stroudsburg, PA. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, as needed. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

Property & Casualty license (required) Life, Accident & Health license (must be able to obtain) Recent State Farm experience preferred but not required Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills•written, verbal and listening Bilingual a plus but not required Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Must be able to pass a background check If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
