We are seeking an Entry Level Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. We are happy to train and license. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Responsibilities:

Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls. Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Skills:

1-2 years of client service experience Property and Casualty Insurance License Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Superior Insurance Partners is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform, focused primarily on providing commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
