Responsibilities:

Respond to daily service needs of clients. Performs renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and makes coverage recommendations. Assures that all pertinent data is properly input in the computer upon binding. Prepares renewal proposals. Reviews audits for changes in classifications or big increase or decrease in exposures Rounds out existing accounts and cross sells to client other services provided by the agency. Makes sure management system is documented. Backs up other Account Managers as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance Account Management experience. Must have Active Property & Casualty License in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in Applied Epic (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Remain current on insurance knowledge and various industry developments.
