Full Job Description Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by building something meaningful? We're looking for an Associate Producer to help grow our commercial insurance business. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, earning trust, and helping business owners protect what they've built. Includes salary plus commission. You do not need decades of insurance experience—but you should bring strong skills in at least one of these areas: Sales / business development Insurance Construction or contractor operations We're looking for someone who is: A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Comfortable talking to business owners and decision makers Coachable and eager to learn Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented Hungry for long-term income growth This is not a clock-punching desk job.
