Looking for a experienced Life/ health/ employee benefits account manager with the ability to help cross sell a P & C book of business. Summary As a Health and Life Insurance Agent, you will drive the growth and success of our insurance programs by advising clients on health and life coverage options. Reporting to the Sales or Branch Manager, you will build and manage relationships, assess client needs, and tailor solutions that protect individuals and businesses. You will leverage core insurance knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong customer service to upsell and cross-sell policies while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company standards. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their health, life, and related insurance needs; assess risk and tailor coverage plans accordingly. Present, quote, and sell health and life insurance products, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Manage client accounts, process orders, and complete policy applications while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to track interactions, renewals, and follow-ups; monitor benefits administration where applicable. Engage in outside and retail sales activities, including negotiations and multilingual outreach if applicable, to grow book of business. Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements. Proven sales experience in insurance (outside sales preferred) with ability to upsell and cross-sell. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and account management. Excellent customer relationship, service, negotiation, and communication skills; multilingual/bilingual a plus. Licensing in life and health insurance required; experience with benefits administration and telemarketing is a plus.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
