The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role involves outside sales, where you will actively market insurance services and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options. Provide guidance on policy features, benefits, and terms to ensure clients make informed decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively market products. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in insurance sales is preferred. Utah Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license required (will assist with obtaining license) Utah Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
