• 25/hour plus commissions on production. Expected annual income of $78,000

• 228,000 Sales Development Leader — $50,000 base salary plus commissions and an override on total team revenue. Expected annual income of $300,000

• 75,000 base salary plus adjusted personal production commission, override on all teams under management, and performance bonuses tied to company-wide revenue milestones. Expected annual income of $480,000
• 780,000 What You'll Do Work leads provided by the agency, quoting and closing across Commercial and Personal lines Issue policies and manage compliance documentation Collect agency fees and carrier down payments Manage renewals, endorsements, and follow-ups to maximize retention What We're Looking For Must obtain a Missouri P&C License within 90 days of hire Prior insurance sales experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills; comfortable learning new software Experience with MS Office Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
