• High Net Worth About the Role We're hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service an assigned High Net Worth book of business at our Hauppauge, Long Island office. You'll own the full account lifecycle
• new business and renewal submissions through policy issuance
• and work directly with leading HNW carriers and wholesale brokers.

What You'll Do Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, and proposal presentations Handle applications, supplemental forms, binders, and the binder process through policy issuance Produce coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates Prepare and conduct client renewal reviews Provide back-up support to fellow Account Managers as a member of a collaborative team What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One Experience placing hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business through wholesale brokers Strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to make independent decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to Have Working knowledge of AMS360 Experience with Scribe What We Offer Salary up to $120,000, depending on experience Company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with full company match Quarterly and annual agency growth bonuses Company-paid AAA membership Optional in-house gym membership Paid holidays and PTO Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote A brand-new office and a great team
