Job Description
Moller Properties manages rental units and homeowners associations throughout the San Gabriel Valley. We are looking for a full time HOA Manager. Position oversees office staff and manages our portfolio of condominium associations. Duties include attending board meetings (some evenings), preparing board packets, budgets, and reserve reports, coordinating with our HOA bookkeeper, vendors, and legal counsel, and serving as the primary contact for HOA boards and homeowners. CMCA certification required. Working knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and 5+ years of HOA management experience preferred. AppFolio experience a plus. Pay:
