3005084445-2 Apply for this job now Job Description AFC Urgent Care, a leader in accessible primary and urgent care, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support our Finance department. This role manages investment portfolios that fund ongoing operations and growth, aligning strategies with our mission of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include asset allocation, security selection, risk management, and performance reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance. The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with finance leadership to support capital planning and liquidity needs in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment focused on community health outcomes. Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor investment strategies for AFC Urgent Care's portfolios aligned with organizational goals and risk tolerance. Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis across asset classes to identify suitable investment opportunities. Monitor portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to finance leadership and key stakeholders. Manage liquidity and cash flow needs to support operational and strategic healthcare initiatives. Ensure portfolios comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the Finance department on capital planning, budgeting impacts, and long-term financial sustainability. Continuously assess market conditions and recommend portfolio adjustments as needed. Build and maintain relationships with external managers, advisors, and custodians. Participate in cross-functional projects that support AFC Urgent Care's growth and mission. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on high-quality patient care and sound financial stewardship.
