Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager / Investment Research Specialist to join our innovative financial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead investment strategies, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and manage diverse asset portfolios. You will play a pivotal role in shaping investment decisions, assessing risk, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' financial goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial markets, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment driven by data and strategic insight. Duties Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and evaluate private equity opportunities to inform investment decisions. Develop and refine financial models to project cash flows, valuation metrics, and scenario analyses for various asset classes. Manage investment portfolios by constructing diversified asset allocations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance. Perform quantitative financial analysis using advanced tools such as Bloomberg and specialized investment management software. Monitor portfolio risk through detailed risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to optimize performance. Engage in industry research to stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members to support informed decision-making. Skills Expertise in credit analysis, private equity, asset management, and wealth management principles. Strong proficiency with financial data analysis tools and financial software platforms. Proven experience in investment management, portfolio construction, and risk management techniques. Deep understanding of financial concepts including valuation methods, underwriting, tax considerations, and technical accounting. Excellent quantitative analysis skills with the ability to develop sophisticated financial models. Industry knowledge of financial regulations affecting investments and asset management practices. Effective relationship management skills with clients and internal teams through clear communication and strategic insights. Knowledge of Bloomberg terminals, investment banking processes, commercial lending analysis, and legal aspects such as wills, trusts & estate law is a plus. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
