Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Equipment / Asset Manager to oversee oilfield equipment, fleet, and shop operations . This role is responsible for ensuring equipment readiness, managing maintenance schedules, tracking inventory, and keeping shop operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with oilfield, trucking, or heavy equipment experience who understands the importance of uptime, safety, and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and track trucks, trailers, and oilfield equipment Oversee shop operations, organization, and workflow Coordinate and track preventative maintenance (PMs), repairs, and inspections Manage parts inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Perform or assist with light mechanical work and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inspections, and asset usage Work closely with operations to ensure equipment availability and minimal downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Preferred Qualifications Experience in oilfield services, trucking, heavy haul, or construction equipment Background in fleet management, shop supervision, or equipment coordination Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs (PM schedules) Basic mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, trailers, and heavy equipment Experience tracking inventory, parts, and maintenance records Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment What We're Looking For Reliable, hard-working individuals with a strong oilfield mindset Safety-focused with attention to detail Someone who takes ownership and keeps operations running Ability to work independently and solve problems

Compensation & Schedule Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+ (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with some flexibility (occasional longer days based on workload)

Location:

Based in Minot, ND with work across the Bakken region

Relocation:
