Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: Manage escrow transactions from open to post-close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Prepare and review documents including settlement statements, deeds, and title commitments in accordance with Washington regulations. Balance files and disburse funds with precision and integrity. Coordinate with internal title staff to resolve complex title issues. Ensure compliance with RESPA, Washington State law, and internal policies. Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to keep all parties informed and confident. Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor/mitigate risk to the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Support business development through excellent service and outreach. Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout.
Experience you will need:
Experience managing real estate (escrow) transaction closings. Strong understanding of Washington escrow procedures and legal requirements. Excellent attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office. Positive, adaptable, and excited about contributing to a growing team. Familiarity with escrow software (ResWare, SoftPro, or similar) preferred.
