About the Opportunity Skybridge Premier Escrow is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Escrow Manager to help lead our escrow operations and deliver an exceptional experience for real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands that successful escrow is about more than processing paperwork—it's about communication, problem-solving, compliance, accountability, and getting transactions closed smoothly and accurately. The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple transactions, comfortable working with agents and lenders, and capable of leading a high-performing escrow team in a fast-paced environment. What You'll DoManage Escrow Transactions Oversee escrow transactions from opening through closing Review contracts, escrow instructions, amendments, disclosures, lender requirements, and supporting documentation Ensure all transaction timelines and closing requirements are properly managed Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and other transaction parties Identify potential issues early and proactively develop solutions Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds and closing documents Lead Escrow Operations Manage and support escrow officers and administrative staff Establish efficient workflows and accountability standards Monitor transaction pipelines and deadlines Review files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Assist with training, onboarding, and development of escrow personnel Help create and maintain standard operating procedures Compliance & Risk Management Ensure transactions are handled in accordance with applicable California escrow laws and regulations Maintain proper escrow documentation and file management Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures Support trust accounting and reconciliation processes Help prepare for regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and data security Client & Partner Relationships Build strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, investors, and clients Serve as an escalation point for complex transaction issues Provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the escrow process Position Skybridge Premier Escrow as a trusted, service-first escrow partner Help develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For Escrow management or senior escrow experience preferred Strong knowledge of California real estate escrow practices Experience handling residential transactions; commercial/investment experience is a plus Strong understanding of escrow documentation, timelines, funding, and closing procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Leadership mentality and ability to motivate and support a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company What Makes This Role DifferentLeadership Opportunity You'll have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the operations and culture of a growing escrow company. $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
