¿Conoce las inversiones en el capital de vivienda (HEI)? Lo estamos buscando. CasaValor Capital is launching its homeowner campaigns this week, and we're hiring TWO bilingual Home Equity Consultants to work side by side with the owner and handle our incoming leads. These are founding-team seats with a new Irwindale company. You need to be fluent in Spanish and English and you need to really understand home equity investments (HEIs).
ABOUT US
CasaValor Capital (AD Heritage Investments LLC dba CasaValor Capital) is a consulting agency that helps Southern California homeowners, many of them Spanish-speaking families, explore home equity investments and other equity-based financing from independent third-party providers. We are not a lender. We explain the options in plain language, help the homeowner pick what fits, and guide the file from first contact to funding. Honest, no pressure.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who can take a homeowner's email in Spanish at 10:15 and, by 10:30, reply with a clear, correct, friendly answer. Then get them on the phone, understand their situation, and walk them through how an HEI works without overselling it.
YOU MUST KNOW THE HEI PRODUCT
You should be able to explain, in
Spanish and English:
- How a home equity investment works: the homeowner gets cash today in exchange for a share of the home's future value, with no monthly payments
- How the investor's share is figured and when it gets settled (when the home is sold, refinanced, or at the end of the term)
- What providers usually look at: equity in the home, the mortgage balance, credit, property type, occupancy, and liens
- How an HEI compares with a HELOC, a home equity loan, a cash-out refinance, and a reverse mortgage, and when one of those may be a better fit
- The basics of the process: application, appraisal or valuation, title, liens and payoffs, closing costs, funding, and recording
- Why the amount offered depends on the provider, and why we never promise amounts, rates, or timelines
WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
- Answer inbound email leads fast, in Spanish or English (most of our leads come in by email)
- Call and text homeowners to follow up, answer questions, and set appointments
- Run a quick qualification estimate from the home value and mortgage balance, and explain it is only an estimate and subject to provider approval
- Complete intake forms and collect documents (ID, mortgage statement, insurance, tax info, etc.)
- Log every email, call, and note in our CRM and keep your pipeline moving
- Coordinate with providers, title, and escrow, and keep the homeowner updated until funding
- Meet clients in person when needed, at the office or out in the field
- Follow our scripts, disclosures, and compliance rules every time
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written (we will test a short email in each language)
- Hands-on knowledge of home equity investments (HEI), or strong experience with HELOCs, refinances, reverse mortgages, or other home equity products and the ability to learn HEI quickly
- At least 1 year of sales experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, or financial services
- Professional writing: correct spelling and accents, good business tone
- Comfortable handling a lot of email and phone work every day
- Experience with Outlook / Microsoft 365 and a CRM
- Organized, detail-oriented with forms and documents, and good at follow-up
- Honest and patient, with a calm, trustworthy manner with homeowners and families
- Reliable and on time, with your own transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
NICE TO HAVE
- Active NMLS or California DRE license
- Existing relationships with realtors, escrow, or title companies in the San Gabriel Valley and greater LA
- Experience serving Spanish-speaking homeowners in Southern California
