® company. As a Commercial Escrow Assistant , you'll be part of a national team working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across the country. You'll work directly with an experienced escrow officer, title officers, underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals while gaining hands-on experience with both single-site and multi-site transactions. The Role The Commercial Escrow Assistant helps manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and documents, and enjoys keeping complex transactions moving forward. You'll support the preparation of closing documents and settlement statements, coordinate with transaction parties, review instructions and agreements, and work closely with our title and underwriting teams to resolve issues and meet closing deadlines. What You'll Do Open and maintain commercial escrow files Prepare settlement statements and closing documents Collect and review escrow instructions, documents, and funds Coordinate with buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and other transaction parties Gather documents needed to satisfy title and closing requirements Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness Track deadlines and keep transactions moving toward closing Identify potential issues and work with escrow, title, and underwriting teams to resolve them Provide responsive, professional service to clients Follow company policies, procedures, escrow instructions, and compliance requirements Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout each transaction Assist with training and supporting newer team members as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of escrow experience required.

Working knowledge of title and escrow practices and procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities at once Strong math and/or accounting skills Sound judgment and the ability to identify and address issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional, client-focused approach Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Why Join Us?
