Full Job Description Job Description:

Coldesina Capital is looking for experienced residential mortgage originators who want to move into commercial lending. Commercial experience is not required. If you understand how a loan comes together, we will train you on the commercial side. What you'll do Work a prospect list we provide and turn contacts into active referral partners Build and maintain relationships that generate commercial deal flow Take deals from initial opportunity to a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) Structure opportunities and match them to lenders using our network and tools Hand off signed LOIs to our processing team so you can stay focused on originating What makes this different We provide the prospect list — you are not starting from scratch In-house processing handles the file after LOI is signed Access to our established lender network and internal tools Requirements Active California Real Estate License (required) Prior residential mortgage origination experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working a provided prospect list by phone Ability to work on-site in San Clemente, CA (not remote or part-time) Position details Independent contractor Commission-based compensation Full-time, on-site in San Clemente To apply, email Ann at or call 310-386-9317.
