Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly

DMV/TITLE

deals clerk. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience (CDK preferred). Duties All titling and DMV processing. Breaking down delivered deals ensuring all data is accurate. Process payoffs. Submit documents to third parties including banks. Process commissions and code posting documents. Assist with the wholesale process to ensure timely reporting and recording of transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Provide support to sales management when required. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Accurate data entry skills to maintain precise records. Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation.
