Elevate Living Residential Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator with at least three years of mortgage origination experience to join our team in Wethersfield, Connecticut. This is a commission-based role. We're looking for someone who builds lasting relationships, communicates clearly, and helps borrowers navigate the mortgage process with confidence. What you'll do Guide borrowers through mortgage applications, financing options, and required documentation. Review borrowers' financial information to help identify suitable loan options. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and referral partners. Manage your loan pipeline and keep borrowers informed throughout the process. Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to keep applications moving. Maintain accurate records and follow applicable lending requirements and company procedures. What we're looking for Three or more years of mortgage loan origination experience. Ability to meet applicable MLO licensing and registration requirements. Knowledge of residential mortgage products and the loan origination process. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Organization and attention to detail when managing multiple applications. Experience using loan origination systems and CRM tools. Preferred qualifications An established network of real estate professionals and referral partners. A demonstrated history of successful mortgage origination.
