Macomb, IL Our client is a relationship-driven Community Minded Bank serving farmers, ranchers and local businesses. It's looking for an Ag/Commercial Loan Officer to grow and manage a mixed portfolio of agricultural and commercial loans. What you'll do:

• Build new relationships with ag producers and commercial businesses, and grow existing ones
• Structure, underwrite and present ag operating, equipment, livestock and farm real estate loans, along with C&I, CRE and equipment loans
• Manage a mixed portfolio: annual reviews, farm and site visits, collateral and covenant monitoring, and risk ratings
• Cross-sell deposits, treasury management and other bank services
• Stay active in the community through co-ops, chambers, ag groups and civic boards What you bring:
• 3+ years of ag and/or commercial lending or credit experience at a bank, credit union or Farm Credit
• Strong analysis of farm and business financials, cash flow and collateral
• Bachelor's degree in ag business, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• An ag background and local market relationships are strongly preferred What's offered:
